Q:  What is the difference between the 60 hour in class real estate course and the 60 hour online course?

A:  Each course has its own set of ciriculum.  The 60 hour in class course is held over two 3 day sessions.  The 60 hour online course gives you six months to finish the course, at you own pace.

Q:  Is there room for me in the November 2016 60 hour in class course?

A:  Yes, as of Wednesday, October 12, 2016, there are still seats available.

Q:  How do I register for the 60 hour in class course or the 60 hour online course.

A:   Your full payment for either course confirms your registration for either course.  You may use the PayPal system on the courses page to submit your payment, or you may click on the registration form below, download this form, fill it out, and email to us at  For the 60 hour online course registration and payment, please click on the courses page, and then click on the YELLOW 60 hour online course button.

Q:  What do I need to bring to class?

A:  Course materials, books, calculators and other items are provided for you.  Please bring a cashier's check or money order made to the AREC in the amount of $85.00 for your State and FBI background check.  

Q:  If I need to miss any time in class, how do I make that time up?

A:  In order to earn your completion certificate, you MUST complete the entire course, and must make up the time missed in the current session, during the next course offering.  This means that you will have to wait one full month to join the next class to make up any missed class times.

Q:  Where do I take the test?

A:  The closet testing centers to Jonesboro, AR are in Little Rock, AR and Memphis, TN.  Both testing centers offer the at least 5 to 6 testing days per week.

Q:  How long after receiving my completion certificate can I test?

A:  You will be able to test once you have received your Certificate of Exam Eligibilty from the Arkansas Real Estate Commission.
