Robin Rapert - Quick began her career in 1990 as an on-site manager for a Section 8/236 community.
Through the years, she has held a number of positions from on-site manager to Section 8/236 supervisor, Tax Credit Compliance Office, Area Manager, District Manager and Regional Director in three (3) states, Arkansas, Tennessee and Illinois.
Robin has managed all property types from multi-family HUD Section 8/236, conventional/market rate and Tax Credit communities to single family homes as well as retail shopping centers and condominiums.
Robin opened her own real estate/property management firm in Jonesboro Arkansas in March 2017 in partnership with her brother, Jerry Rapert.
Robin is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management. She recently served as 2016 Chapter President for Arkansas Chapter 64. Since 2013 she has served on a national level as a member of the Legislative and Public Policy Committee. Robin has also served as Association Executive, treasurer and secretary for IREM Arkansas Chapter 64.
Robin has held a Real Estate license in the state of Arkansas since 2001 and currently serves as Principal Broker for her firm.

Felicia Long Cobb is the owner, and Principal Instructor of NEA Real Estate School. She has have held an active Arkansas Real Estate License for more than 15 years.
She has been teaching and training in real estate education for more than ten years.
Felicia is the former 7 year edcation chair for the Jonesboro Board of Realtors, and has taught in cities all over the state including, Batesville, Fayetteville, West Memphis, Jonesboro, Paragould, Searcy, and others.
As a real estate educator, she strives to provide the courses required by the Arkansas Real Estate Commission that aid in earning a real estate license and the post licensing and continuing education to keep that license active.
Our commercial property expert is Ryan George, a co - owner of Coldwell Banker VCI in Jonesboro, AR and the force behind Coldwell Banker Commercial in Jonesboro. Ryan has held an AR real estate licence for 18 years and earned a B.S. in Finance from Arkansas State University.
Ryan has spent his career gaining valuable expert knowledge by brokering deals with companies such as Dollar General Stores, Tractor Supply, Dollar Tree, Family Dollar Stores, Shoe Carnival, Citi Trends, Rent One, Aaron's, Ocean Dental, Pizza Hut, JC Penney, AT&T, Sports Clips, Cato, Outback, and more. He is currently involved in the redevelopment of the Harrison, AR Hobby Lobby and the re-development of a 176,000 sq ft retail center.
Ryan continues to be an industry leader by keeping up to date with the ever evolving commercial market by brokering deals with some of the biggest names in the commercial real estate industry. Ryan's expertise isn't limited to AR, he is also licensed in the states of TN, MO, and shortly MS.
